Please read the conditions below as some have changed.
How to Enter - entries
close midnight May 25th, 2009.
Please email entries to Susan
with your photos attached, clearly stating which photo corresponds to which
class. Include your horse's registered name and number if applicable, age of
horse, gender of horse, class
number and your contact details. Also include your
payment method. (If you are a little bit late we may bury our heads in the sand if judging hasn't taken place yet.)
Please send a separate email for each horse if you have more than one to enter.
Please ensure you have read the photo conditions on the program page, as photos not fitting these conditions may not be considered for judging.
At the request of our beneficiary, Hunter Valley Equine Rescue, there will only be ribbons awarded for places. Champion and Reserve Champion will still be awarded, however no sashes will be given. This is to maximise the funds to give to our beneficiary. Ribbons are awarded to 4th place. Ribbons will be mailed so your current mailing address is essential.
Entry is $3 per class.
Payments: Please advise if you would like to pay by direct deposit and account details will be provided. Cheque or money order may be sent to 2 Morgan Cr, Raymond Terrace NSW 2324, made out to S Sargent. You may also send photos to this address to be scanned, also send a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like them returned. Entries will appear on the site once payments have cleared. If mailing payment, a copy of your emailed entry would also be appreciated so we can match you up.
Paypal is available for credit card payments. Please click through via the link below, and enter the correct amount when making your payment. International entries welcome through Paypal. (When using Paypal, please email your entry first, as large photographs may bounce, and payments cannot be reversed.)
Any queries should be emailed to Susan. Thank you for your support! Results will be posted on or before 31st May, 2009. Winners will receive their ribbons by post shortly after. The entire show may be viewed on the site at any time.
